This is how your rental process works;
You place your order. We will send you a copy of your order for confirmation either by fax or email. Once we have received your confirmation that everythi;ng is correct we will charge the deposit. We will charge the freight at time of shipping.
We deliver the merchandise by truck to arrive generally two days before your event. If time does not permit for this then we will ship your order air to be delivered before or on your required date. Please note: Rentals are shipped from New Jersey.
. You must use the same boxes and foam packaging for your return. Also, include pallet and string wrap.
. Please note that our items are packed to ensure maximum protection against breakage. Please use the same care when packaging items for return. A fee will be charged for any broken items.
. Pickups will be made on TUESDAYS. Please have your order ready at 10:00 A.M.

Today, all the items we design are available for rent. Choose from our fabulous collection of crystal, wrought iron, flower stands, candlesticks, and etc.

Thank you for working with Regal. Please make sure to give us a call once the bride books the party, even months in advance. Regal is offering delivery (not included). We can deliver to your store or right to the catering hall. We do not charge by the hour like other companies. The fee is a one time payment.
